[NA-User] LPT1 interface problem on new computer

Old computer was DOS 6.2 only, new one is dual boot DOS 6.2/WIN2000,
booted to pure DOS of course. At least I THINK it's pure DOS :-) LPT
is set for same address and IRQ as before.
