It's also where you keep the current. There are more than a
few people who use antennas with improper feed systems.

I have no RFI at all and normally run 1500 watts. Not a peep
in anything, even VCR's and telephones and not a low-pass or
high-pass on anything, except my ISDN modem (it has 1mH
chokes).
