Have the company that maintains the DSL service to come out and
troubleshoot the interference, they are responsible if it is their
equipment causing the interference, If they refuse get the ARRL
involved, rfi@arrl.org I think is the email. They assisted me with a
cable company problem leaking RF on two meters. Cable company came out,
found it was an unterminated cable in a vacant apartment laying on the
floor. Disconnected service until new tenants moved in.
