[RFI] Electric Dog Fences - What to Buy?

Hi,

We have some new neighbors that just moved in next door. They want to install 
an Electric Dog Fence, the underground type, in their back yard.

Does anyone know of a brand that I could recommend that does NOT produce any 
RFI?

Yes, I did read all the postings I could find in the archives, but no recent 
postings list brand names. I figure this is my chance to prevent RFI before 
they buy a new system.

So, any suggestions?
