I don't think I've ever heard of an LCD TV that radiated RFI trash, and I don't think I've ever heard of a plasma TV that didn't produce trash. As Paul has noted, LG and Samsung seem to be very clean, and I've seen many positive reports on Sony (which I own). A general note -- you'll be happier in the long run if you buy a bigger screen than you think you need.
