I'd be suspicious to the point of replacing ALL the miniature
electrolytics. Most bridges don't adequately measure power factor in
their ranges, but mine does and some new ones don't pass my tests. Buy
low ESR types rated for high temperature from Digi-Key or Mouser. Be
careful of polarity when inserting the replacements.

I'd consider going to tantalum in place of most aluminum electrolytics
for better performance and longevity.
