Hello. I am wondering if the S-meter reading is calibrated
in
standard S-units or is it an arbitrary scale? My set has
most SW transmissions at S-60 to S-80. On my
Drake SW2 with the same antenna S-20 to S-30
maybe S-40 on the same station. Ideas? The manual
does not mention the S-meter at all!

Thanks,
Randy.
