I've used the older Yaesu YH-77 headset for 15 years or more.
They are very lightweight, the ear pieces are 1.5 inches in diameter
and the replacable pads are 1.75 inches in diameter.  Perfect for CW,
which is 100% for me.  Hours of contesting, no strain, no pain.
