My rs-35a also has a wire from chassis to ground terminal on the bottom
right side of the supply where I run a ground wire to station ground bus. no
problem with rf here nor do I have any with my ss-25 supply either.

Amateur Radio Station K6XR

When I did have rf problems, it was coming in on the coax from the antenna.
I installed a radio works line isolator in the line and all rf disappeared.
I also installed an radio works line isolator between the amplifier and the
transceiver.
