[TenTec] Paragon general coverage characteristics

Hello again folks - 

Can anyone tell me if the Paragon is much good as a shortwave receiver?
How would it compare to something like a Drake R8-B which is intended
primarily to be a SW receiver etc? Also, does anyone have Ten-Tec's new
"Jupitor-like" receiver yet? I think they just started shipping - like
to know what you think of it.
