[TenTec] Question on Argo 516

Hi folks - 
Can an Argo user answer two really dumb questions for me please?
1 - Where is the internal speaker located?
2 - How can I guestimate what the power usage would be on 10 watts out put? The 
specs show power usage for 20 watts. Is it a proportional thing - ie if its 10 
watts out the power usage would be halved?
