You know, when are people going to stop using this excuse for someone
responding to what is perceived as a critique?  It doesn't take that long to
answer an email on a reflector (unless you're typing with just two fingers,
and I rather doubt Scott is!).  If you have to time to post a critique, you
ought to expect a response -- and not belittle anyone or implicitly accuse
them of "not working" just because they do respond.

It seems as if Ten-Tec is damned if they [do | don't]: if they don't respond
in the arena where the possibly unfounded criticism is made, they're not
responsive; if the do, well, then, they have too much time on their hands.
Sheesh.
