OUCH!!! That (SHOULD BE)'s embarrassing!!! Talk about bad timing for lack
of attention to detail!!! I wonder how many sales that small-but-vital
little detail is going to cost 'em? If I were in the market, it would cause
me to ask myself the same question it did you: what else did they miss?
