The solution to the BPL problem is SO simple. Now that it has been proven
by spending millions of $$$ on lobbying that BPL open wire transmission
lines will not generate measurable RF radiation from their virtual point
charges, let's just move the BPL spectrum away from HF and up to all those
unused UHF TV channels. Then those ignorant hams who know nothing useful
about real world electromagnetics would finally be silenced.

We all now know that if a big company can prove it theoretically- then it
MUST be true - especially at the FCC. So why bother with any measurements?
Our regulatory authority should score a big one in the worlds of physics
and engineering by finally discovering an electrical technique that needs
no testing because it can be completely verified through hear-say and
investor relation$. WOW!

Since no one has ever "officially" complained of BPL interference in the
USA ....... (the laws of physics obviously must prohibit atmospheric
propagation of BPL electromagnetic waves between the northern border of
mexico and the southern border of Canada).... why even notch for local UHF
stations!!!!! And if by some quirk of nature BPL interference did disrupt
a viewer's TV, he could just simply turn his bow tie antenna to another
direction.
