RIT/XIT Encoder

Well I am now on my third RIT/XIT encoder. It is discouraging that TEN
TEC does not think this is a problem. I have talked to them (Paul Clinton
at Ten Tec) about it, and they will replace it no problem, but fixing the
design so it is not a problem again and again, no they are not at that
point yet. And yes pulling out on the knob works for a awhile, but after
a period of time the encoders go intermittent again.
