Ron,
If you are trying to transmit SSB in the CW portion of the band, my software
has a feature that will prevent transmit. The TUNE button will still work
because it switches to CW for TUNE.
The feature is "Transmit follows license class". You can turn this feature
off by going to the "Preferences" window of the settings menu.
