Thank´s for the nice words.
Yes I tryed the "Square Trade" function, it only costs me $30 extra with no
result. Yes I gave him a very negative feedback. I got rid of some of my
anger, but it did not maked me ritchter...
I know that most people are not like that, and if I lived in US I would
knock on his door!
