To get the most out of one's equipment, one must approach operation questions with an open mind; rather than just bad mouthing the equipment. Some folks don't really want to find fixes; just to vent. A number have clearly countered that they have no BCI from the Orion. From 33 years of operating an electronics lab down the street from an AM station; I have offered all the help I could in mitigation, I have other topics to pursue. One cannot operate a sensitive receiver in a near field without traps and filters. -Stuart K5KVH _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
