Reading the announcements, it says downloading the new Software will upgrade
the Orion original model.   It is just that the color screen, re-
arrangement of filters, and 8 pin mike connector are on only the Orion II.

 I think that is a very reasonable provision by Ten Tec.   You certainly
don't get that when Apple or Microsoft bring out new operating systems, in
most cases!

Now, when BMW puts out a new model with a new engine, they are not obligated
nor expected by customers to retrofit your 1999 315i, are they?
