Thanks for the response guys.

This thing had leaky finals in it once and  Ten-Tec replaced them. The 
heatsink was getting hot then during RX. Now its cool as can be.

Carl, the boards are all mated up properly. I removed the front panel as 
that is about the only way to make sure. That is good to go.

I have also had low-pass issues on two Pegasus. They start dropping out 
during receive. I thought maybe something was stuck or maybe a bad coil. I 
just replaced all of them since I was not sure which ones were flickering on 
me. Same issue. 15 and 20 xmit only.

I think I might pull the lowpass board again and give it a good once over. 
Seems like that is the problem area to me
