[TenTec] chirp in Omni 6 plus

Can anyone help with chirp and key click problems in Omni 6? I have
returned rig twice to TenTec for service and they can find nothing wrong. I
have tried 3 different power supplies. Sometimes, I get a good tone report
but most of the time I get reports of chirp and clicks. I have attached
dummy load and listened in another receiver and can hear the chirp.  Any
suggestions?
