Problem totally resolved thanks again to Mike Pagel. The Microham Microkeyer has a router default setting to follow digital band plan. That means whenever either vfo is in the digital band (i.e below 7100), the MK shuts down mic audio which is exactly what happened. There is an override within the router to select "always voice" and disable router band plan queries. What a snake in the grass. Jim K7EG |
