Bernie:  My original call was W5GGV in Kingsville, Texas.  I was president
of the radio club at the U. S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland, call
sign, W3ADO, 1943-1944, but no transmitting because of WW II.  I held W4KWN
briefly in 1946 and 1947 when I was in naval flight training at Pensacola
and Banana River, Florida.

Now on to the next 70 years! (grin)
