Logbook of the World is free period.  You don't have to be an ARRL member to
upload logs.

Fees only come into play when you apply for an ARRL award using LotW
credits, but that involves the award processing itself, not the ability to
access the system.

Logbook of the World is free if you're an ARRL member.  Unlike eQSL, it is
good for DXCC and other awards.

I know this is off the topic of equipment, but.
It would seem to make sense that you could web-search a ham's email
address,
pretty much world-wide now, in order to email rather than snail-mail a
QSL.

Is there a free online service working in this fashion?
