Logbook of the World is free if you're an ARRL member.  Unlike eQSL, it is
good for DXCC and other awards.

I know this is off the topic of equipment, but.
It would seem to make sense that you could web-search a ham's email
address,
pretty much world-wide now, in order to email rather than snail-mail a
QSL.

Is there a free online service working in this fashion?
