Exactly my feelings Jeff! I have now lost faith in TT. To continually miss
release dates is one thing. To not even keep their customer base informed
is absolutely inexcusable, IMHO. They have constantly pushed back dates.
And, then they stated the firmware was in beta testing. Over two months of
beta testing and no word from them? The only time they appear on the "list"
is when they send the monthly Used\Demo Sale List. I was a firm TT
supporter, but something seems amiss there.
I have emailed the Marketing Mgr. and the President requesting an update on
the firmware revisions. Both were polite inquiries, and both were totally
ignored. The diehard TT fans can rationalize this in any manner they wish.
But, it is just plain wrong.
