After being able to load software into the radio again, not sure if it was
PC serial port cable or connectors but it's okay now, I'm now seeing that at
almost every power cycle the radio does a master reset. The sequence of
events is as follows:
Radio off
Power up and master reset complete appears
Radio boots but has unusable audio
Power down followed by power up again about 5 seconds later radio starts
normally
Power off and leave for a short while, sometimes only 20 seconds or so,
power up again causes master reset
Needless to say this is frustrating.
RAM clear and forced master reset do not appear to have helped.
Is it a 'known' issue?
