Yes - using the ExtRadio option you mentioned. DXLab Commander specifies the Orion on the same COM port number and the port sharing is handled transparently by a program called VSPE.

Thanks a lot Floyd,
but how can you sincronize orion
frequency with SpectraVue ?
Are you using " TenTec orionII - 9mhz if " option on extradio setup?
Hi, thanks so much.

No - the VFO-B frequency is not shown. If enough folks ask Moe to add that feature, maybe it will happen. Over time, I've decided that showing the VFO-B position on the trace is less important that I first thought. When you move the cursor into the trace window, the frequency indicated by the point on the cursor does display to the left below the window. So, you can quickly read the frequency you want to try calling on and manually set VFO-B via the Orion knob.

I've found that while watching a trace of a pile up, it's rare to be able to actually pinpoint the guy that the DX station is currently working. Even when the DX station calls "W4XXX ONLY", you'll still see 6 stations answer him and that will continue till the end of the contact!

This is very important for pile up split
operations.
