Hi Tom, I had an Orion 2, now I have the Eagle. If you don't like menus, steer clear of the Eagle. Although it is an excellent radio, there are many, non-intuitive, button presses that are sometimes called for. I pointed one out in my recent post...Eagle Quirks. I got some responses which lead me to believe that people just don't deman excellence any more as long as the radios are made in the US. Mike, WA1SEO |
