Pete - I made my anti-climb panels (for 45G) from 16 ga galvanized
sheet metal. I believe the plans were in the ARRL Antenna Handbook. I
had a machine shop cut three sheets, then made little brackets to
hang them from the rungs using 2 pieces of Aluminum angle stock back
to back.
Then I took a few photos of it on the tower. Figure if some kid
decides to climb around them, I have Exhibit A, the anti-climb
protection, for the lawsuit.
