Here's a question for the group:
My Cushcraft 402CD is above my top TH7. It does not protect the top
TH7 from precip static, but my lower TH7 is very quiet when the upper
is very noisy. Wouldn't one expect the 40, along with its little
"pointies" near the ends of its elements help dissipate the static
before it gets to the upper TH7? (9-10 ft spacing in between)
Seems to me there must be some other mechanism involved.
