IME 135 mhz will get you fairly close, but to find the exact pole
and be certain of it you need to go up to 500 mhz. A tunable AM
radio that covers 70 mhz - 500 mhz, and a small broadband UHF/VHF
TV antenna (and possibly a preamp) is pretty tough to beat.
Of course walking up and down the street with THAT combo will
confirm to your neighbors that you are indeed insane.
