...Haven't used one (too new on market), but would be much better with a small 3
el Yagi, or Moxon Rectangle  for the antenna.  The best choice of a local
"tracker" would tune a wider range (say, 30 to 150 MHz with a small LPDA
antenna) as nulls occur in the frequency domain plus it is typically necessary
to work one's way up in frequency to find the culprit.  It is still usually
necessary to start at the BC band and then switch to VHF.  Sensitivity needs to
be in the -130 dBm or better range and a couple steps of RF attenuation (0,10,20
dB) could be useful.  It will be interesting to see how this instrument works
out.
