I find monitoring the NCDXF beacons fascinating.  Although I have enjoyed 
BeaconSee, I very much encourage you to investigate Beacon-Time Wizard and 
Active Beacon Wizard, both available at www.taborsoft.com .  You may learn 
a great deal about propagation with these tools.  Among many other 
functions, they will synchronize your PC clock.
