Unnecessary, IMO.  Beaclock.exe does exactly the same thing, in software, 
and it's freeware.  It does depend on your PC's clock to be accurate within 
a second or two, but that isn't too demanding.

Contrary to some reports, the unit does NOT hear the beacons itself -- it 
just listens to broadcast time signals and displays which beacons are 
expected to be transmitting at a given time.  You need to listen with your 
transceiver to assess conditions.
