I have some towers that are too far to "water drill". Since I am cheap and lazy, I use a 3/8 inch rebar cut with a grinding wheel to a point and slip a 1/2 inch copper tube which has also been cut to a point, over it. I pound away and it goes in quickly...usually no mushroom. Bill K4XS |
