Towertalk is the only list that I currently subscribe to and I have learned
a lot from various discussions. I would like to thank K7LXC for making this
available. I also do not see any problem with him promoting his Champion
Radio products on occasion. I would like to point out that my 2001 Force12
catalog shows Champion Radio as one of their USA dealers. I don't know if
he still is a dealer and hopefully his recommendations are unbiased. It
appears that Force12 makes good product and I am considering purchasing
their antennas.

I don't know K7LXC other than I met him in Dayton and bought one of his
climbing harnesses...and of course, from his postings on this reflector. I
don't see what the big deal is if he wants to promote his complilation
comparing antennas.
I have seen guys advertise antennas, towers and miscellaneous tower stuff on
this site. In addition, don't we have pop-ups on the contesting.com home
page too? Big deal! A little commercialism is a small price to pay for the
wealth of information obtained from this site.
