Another thing to keep in mind when running your underground
conduit, of whichever type you decide to use...
At least consider running an extra one, though perhaps
not as large as your primary. Having an extra 3" (or whatever)
empty PVC isn't that expensive (unless it's a long run),
and someday, when you decide to make additions or
have to replace a cable, you'll already have much of the
work done. You might even want to include a couple of
pull-ropes in it when you install it.
