I've never seen a single one of these "spider balls"
or "porcupines" installed here in SE PA. However,
several years ago on a trip to Florida (driving),
these things were everywhere in the Carolinas,
Georgia, and Florida. They were on cell towers, power
and light poles, buildings, etc. Apparently, some
people THINK that these devices do something!
