Don't get the Harbor Freight rebar bender/cutter.  It is a total
piece of junk using HF's famous casting metal that
breaks the first time you use it; plus the tool appeared to
be designed by someone who had never seen a piece of rebar.
Home Depot sells a simple rebar bender for the smaller bar.
You can also rent the tools at most rental yards.
