I vote for Bill way, I was thinking about the future when some young wife
tell her husband she wants a swimming pool in the back yard of my old place.
I left a 4x4x8 and caped with a 12x12x12 pad tie all together by rebar. Only
10 yard of 4000 mix. and weight 20 tons. And Jim wants 2 grounds rods out.
By the way I sold the house as is. They should be so lucky. Gene K2QWD
