Sure!  Install the mast, tilt up the tower, install the top antenna and
use the mast raising device (or come-along) to raise the mast high
enough to install your second antenna....etc etc etc, until the mast is
raised to its maximum height.  You will have to do this anyway unless
you thought you would be able to extend the mast, install all the
antennas, and THEN tilt it up!  I don't think that will work real well.
 Even if the mast survives, the lever action would be huge!

If you can't or won't climb the nested tower, a manlift rental would be
cheaper than the tension guage.
