I've lifted 90' of 45G in one lift before and it was fine - another
section or two would've been fine as well. I picked it from the top so it was
vertical - that'll make installing the guys a little easier. There are some
pictures of a similar pick at W8JI on his website that shows they picked it
about
2/3rds of the way up. It seemed to have worked FB as well although the tower
does not hang dead vertical which might make the initial installation a
little more complicated.

I wouldn't do it myself. One of the things I've learned over the years
is to break everything down into bite-sized single chunks. When you try to do
2 things at once (e.g. pull up an antenna with the feedline attached),
something is going to bite you in the butt. In this case you take a big chance
of
breaking the very fragile vertical on the boom of the crane or something else.
