Hi Bill and all,

Bill I have a Mosley TA-33 at about 55'. I have a 6 element Cushcraft 6m 
beam about 5-6 feet above it.  I have not noticed any loading issues between 
the two. Both are oriented the same way.

Can't help with the possible interaction of the CE3 and XM240.
