Putting up a 350' tower 1/4" mile from a AM station is nothing?

Cell sites are nothing.

An AM array proof of performance has 20 radials, with 10 readings
each... out to a distance
of 8-10 miles. Lot of labor involved.

and that was a lifetime ago... labor isn't any cheaper now.
