    I'm not sure of what you mean by "small."  However, someonse else 
suggested you look into a Bencher Skyhawk.  I have had mine up on my tower 
since 2001 and have posted several times recommending it to Hams who have 
asked.  Here's one such posting:

     Remember - the boom on this one is 24 feet long, but you do get threee 
separate active elements on 20 and 15 each, plus four on 10.  FWIW.
