Yes, but he wants to use it on 160, 80, 40, and 30M, and he wants to use 
a remotely located auto tuner to match it.  That makes any multiple of 
half waves VERY difficult to feed with an off-the-shelf tuner. Sure, you 
can do it with a serious matching network and some switching.
