Re mast height. Probably only a little higher than the turning radius of the
rotating antenna since you would prefer not ot have the included angle of
the inverted less than 90 degrees.

My thought was to fasten a short piece of rod vertically on the  the top of
the mast as an axel for a small wheel  with holes on opposite sides of the
perifery to hang insulators for the wires, and maybe even two more holes
(making holes every 90 degrees) for a couple of guys, or another antenna.
