Sorry but schedule 40 water pipe is not designed to carry an antenna much above the top of a tower. Water pipe is designed for inside flow and easily bends in a wind. And a 40 meter beam 10 feet above a tri-bander is a disaster waiting to happen.

Towertalk archives should have plenty of notes on this matter. Better choices include steel masts from say US Tower or heavy wall aluminum.
