Agreed

Accessing your station via the internet is still using your station and requires no notification. If you have a remote station out in the boonies on uncle Fred's place, it's still licensed as your station via remote. No problem. However the so called internet receiver isn't within your 1500 ft circle. It's breaking the rules, not bending them.
